I don't know how to literaly post on here but heres one of mine that was influenced from my life today: Heaven Living or dying Smiling or crying Life is pointless, as lost as a dream While heaven and hell are pulling at the seams Fire and ice, black and white Tolling the world while others just might Having the light take over, just tolling the feel Or feeling the darkness, as if it weren't real The devil and god go against one another to fight over you as if you were a wonder Your loved ones wait patiently on the sidelines Waiting for you to come across into their un-dead lives Never fear, your together now but you still question, "How?" No one will answer but now you see, that the light will once more, take over thee. Hope you enjoyed my poem <3! I think comment your writing (3. Bai! -CosmicDreamerX (Delaney Church)
New short story I made up: (I think I will comment or do one like once or twice at least a day xD) Aiden The light was blinding as I stepped into the forcefield of life. Letting my worries go, I tried to push past the agonizing pain that came with the hardships. I have died twice already. I have known to much to give up now. Aiden has saved me. Aiden is a special spirit; my twin who died at birth. I miss him so much, yet he is always by my side. Choosing my future, I live on once more. I ran, and jumped behind the force field, guarding the rift. My companion Ryan was safe beside me. But then, I noticed I felt cold. "Aiden?" I gasped, still shocked from the blast. The rift had to be blown up to protect human-kind, and I was the one to do it. But now, I realized that my twin brother was no longer inside me, going to help me. He was gone. I cried, and Ryan hugged me tight. "It's alright," He whispered in my ear. My hair was being blown fiercely, tossed side to side. I shook my head and broke free of Ryan's protective grasp. "No! He's gone, alright? He is gone forever!" I ran away, leaving Ryan bewildered at the break of the force field.
The river tossed side to side calmly. I sat on a log, soggy with rain. I missed all of those who protected me, But Aiden was the most missed. When I had made up my mind to finally visit Ryan again, and re-join the CIA with him, I noticed something. The CIA was glad to have me back, and sent me and Ryan on a vacation/ survival beach to test our skills. While Ryan was cooking some cod, I sat on the waters edge. A coconut was passed over to me. I turned, hoping to see Ryan playing around, but he was still tending to the fire. I turned back, puzzled. But then I noticed; Something had written in the sand, "Still Here". "Aiden!" I called, looking around. I now knew that Aiden never left my side, and never will.
Hope you enjoyed this short-story! This story is actually an abridged copy of one of the endings of Beyond: Two Souls. Hope you enjoyed :D -CosmicDreamer (Delaney Church)

ReplyDeleteHeaven
Living or dying
Smiling or crying
Life is pointless, as lost as a dream
While heaven and hell are pulling at the seams
Fire and ice, black and white
Tolling the world while others just might
Having the light take over, just tolling the feel
Or feeling the darkness, as if it weren't real
The devil and god go against one another
to fight over you as if you were a wonder
Your loved ones wait patiently on the sidelines
Waiting for you to come across into their un-dead lives
Never fear, your together now
but you still question, "How?"
No one will answer but now you see,
that the light will once more,
take over thee.
